Squash

Squash is a high-speed sports. Two or sometimes four players play this game with a racquet and a small rubber ball. Formerly, the game was known as squash racquets, because of the use of squashable balls in this game.

The game was first introduced in France in the early 12^th century. The theme was the game was to hit the ball against the wall. The main equipments of this game was a netted racquet and a squash ball.

The basic rule of playing squash:

The court- The squash is basically a flat surface which is covered with four walls. The surface of the court contains a front line, which separates the front and back part of the squash court and a half court line which separates the right and left handed back part of the court and creates three boxes in the court.

The walls- There are four walls in a squash court. One is the front wall, which has the largest surface for playing, and another is the back wall, which has the entry point of the squash court. The front walls of the squash court has three marked parallel lines. The three parallel lines set the rules of this game.

How to play the game?

When the match starts, the players go for a toss by spinning the racket. The toss decides who will serve for the first time. For a perfect serving, the feet of the server should be in the service box, but any other part of his/her body should not be in touch with the service box.

After striking the ball, the players need to hit the ball again in the front wall. The ball should be hit below the marked outline and above the tin and should not hit the floor after it is served. The ball can only touch the floor when it has touched the floor once after serving.

THE UNIQUE GAME BASE BALL

Base ball is anther unique sports , which is attractive to watch and to play. It is most likely match with cricket , but there are some change of rules in Base ball .It is popular sports in America,but now day slowly but effectively the Asian country also playing the sports. Now days base ball is slowly but strongly has been gain its popularity in Asian and other countries also. In the past time it is been most popular in America , but in recent days Asian country like japan , south korea has been taking their place in that unique sports . The Olympics association also granted this sports , and on last year the 2008 Olympics at Beijing, the South Korea has taken the gold .

There are some of the rules about the unique game.Every team is playing with nine players , there are nine innings in a Base ball game, but there six innings in lower levels. One team is batting and anther team is defending them to take runs or Home runs , in every innings you have to out opponents three batsman. Now the important thing start from the field , in cricket there wickets , and in Base ball there strike zone, a keeper behind the strike zone , who is gather the ball from the pitcher who has throwing the ball to strike out the striker or the batsman.
There is an umpire behind the plate that lets everyone know if the pitch thrown was in the strike zone or not. If it was then , the pitch is strike , and then the pitch was a "ball". When batting you get three strikes and four balls. Know the infield. There is first, second, third, and finally home plate. The infield is shaped like a diamond. In order to get an out while playing defense, the defensive team must catch the baseball before it hits the ground or throw the baseball to a base before the runner gets there. In order to win the game a team must score more runs than the opposing team.

SEPAK TAKRAW

We all are loved to play or watch foot ball and cricket, but some of us did not know about a very unique game called Sepak Takraw.the game played with three players and its rule are all matched like volleyball. The court and the net are the same height & dimensions as in badminton, but unlike volleyball in sepak takraw players are prohibited from using their hand and arm instead of that they use their leg to play. This is a very interesting sport to watch, because it is the mixture of foot ball and volleyball. Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia are the best in Sepak Takraw.
